Lover's Super Strap - Heart Shaped Riding Crop Review

I signed on with Cal Exotics as a sexpert and reviewer for them recently and I am really excited about it.  The majority of the products that I own are Cal Exotic brand actually.  The quality of the product you get with them is usually at such a great price that I cant pass it up.

My first review product was the Heart Shaped Riding Crop.  I was more than thrilled to try this one out.  It comes in a simple plastic bag packaging.  So nothing for storage, but the price for this is really cheap so I didn't expect anything spectacular.

The construction is pretty sturdy for the product price.

The leather is actually Faux-Leather so all the animal lovers can rest easy on with that.  The tip seems like it would come loose easily but so far I have had no problems with it.  The can portion is very sturdy with a little flex to it, but the strength to make it easy to handle.  The rubber grip is really nice and makes it easy to keep a firm grasp on the crop.

I got to test this out on the giving and receiving end.  It is fairly easy to use and can deliver a nice sting.  The noise from it is great.  I didn't actually see any heart prints left from the tip, but the person I tested on wasn't into serious impact play and I didn't hit them very hard.

Having it tested on me was fun.  I enjoy impact play and tend to like a more heavy hand when it comes to dealing out the pain.  This crop is excellent for a good sting, but its more for a novice that a serious impact player.  I can still get pleasure out of the warm up for this and it does have a really nice sting that I can appreciate with impact.  It does deliver a good amount of sensation on the more sensitive areas though so if you enjoy rough play you may use it on the backs of the legs, inside the thighs, the breast area, bottoms of the feet, or even on the arms.  It can also be used for light stimulation by stroking the person with it in between the heavier impact.

There is not much of a learning curve for the crop and I like that.  Impact play can hurt someone if not done correctly and this is very easy to handle and not too intense.  I really love how it looks more than anything.  Its cute, but packs a punch.  I really just want to take it to a play party and run around smacking asses :)

So all in all I have to say its a very great toy to own.  The only downside I would can see so far is that its hard as hell to store and hide from little eyes and hands.  I have had to stash it 3 different places already because it was found.  I cant wait to play with it some more, but that will have to wait until after this damn move.

Adventures in Bondage - The Saga Continues

Since I last left you I have been going to classes and getting more into bondage.  I attend classes regularly now and I have made some good friends in the process as well.

I have been to 2 other classes (they are twice a month in my area), I did a bondage scene photo shoot (and you all are getting those pictures...sorry), and I have been practicing my tying skills a little (you do get pictures of that.)

So the classes have been great.  I am really getting into Shibari.  I am not so good at tying yet, but that's because given the options of tying or being tied I always take the latter :)  What can I say...I'm turning into a regular rope slut.  I usually pair up with my friend M or am the demo body for Sol to instruct with.  I think I am turning into a regular attention whore in the class.  Seriously, its freaking awesome.  I get so many freaking compliments, I get tied up, and I even get spankings!!  Spankings are great.  My friend M makes it a regular thing now.  So I play pretty much the entire class.  Last class M had me bent over one of the couches and Sol being the goof that he is grabbed a folding chair and started smacking my ass with that (I have a pretty though ass, but he wasn't hitting too hard and was just playing.)  M and I were both tied up last class and we were wrestling.  Somehow I ended up under his foot and I got sick to my stomach, because I was playing too rough.  I being the tenacious little shit just regrouped and when back after him.  GOOD TIMES :)

I got to practice on myself and B with some cheap rope I ordered off eBay.  I don't intend on ordering good rope until I am skilled enough with rope care and I know what the hell I am doing with ties.  I plan on taking private lessons with Sol so I can get more time tying.  There are usually 3 or 4 unpaired males at each class so being a unattached body, if I am not already tied up and M and Sol are working with others I usually volunteer my rope bottom services.  I am excited about getting more practice and I plan on attending some conventions over the next year.  I have a place to stay with Sol's entourage and now that I made friends it's made me so much more confident...

Now on to the interesting thing...The photo shoot.  Believe it or not I am pretty shy about being in my birthday suit.  I wasn't in full birthday suit for the shoot mind you but there were times when it was damn near close and there is no way I would have done this if I wasn't super comfortable with Sol.

He is a photographer as well as a jack of all trades in the BDSM community.  He was practicing for Shibaricon which is the major annual rope bondage conference here in the US (Sol's bio and info is here if you want to check him out.)  I got to help him out and play fetish model for the day.  We did an outdoor shoot and it was a blast.  I got tied to rocks and trees and got a very unfortunate case of scratched up ass in the process of it.  Rock and nude booty are not friends.  So I frolicked for a day in damn near my birthday suit in an undisclosed location in the woods of Southern California...More good times :)

That's all I have for you guys now.  I will have lots more tied and tying time in the near future and I have also asked my friend M to help me out with learning the ropes as far as being a submissive.  Also planning on more shooting with Sol so if I get picture that is postable I will share with all.
